I am collaborating with Project Tycho since 2016. I am currently a DrPH student in the Department of Epidemiology at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. I received both my MD and MPH from the University of Chile.
My research interests focus on infectious disease epidemiology, the geographic analysis of multiple factors (including equity and social determinants) of disease, as well as mobile technologies and internet applications for health. I am also interested in the effect of globalization on public health. In my spare time, I enjoy history, soccer, squash, and golf.
