Biography

I am a Graduate Research Assistant for Project Tycho since 2016. Using methods from spatial statistics and spatial epidemiology, my research focuses on examining patterns of vaccination coverage, particularly for the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine. I am currently a doctoral student in the Department of Epidemiology at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health (GSPH). I received my MPH in Epidemiology from GSPH in _____ and my AB in Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College in _______.

Currently, I am collecting school-level vaccination data, examining exemption laws, and analyzing how vaccination coverage in the United States is computed. Previously, my research focused on spatial heterogeneity in vaccine uptake in Africa. I enjoy figure skating and spending time with my 12-pound terrier, Darwin.
