Biography
I've been the research programmer and database engineer for Project Tycho from its beginning in 2013. I am a Research Programmer, currently with the Department of Biomedical Informatics at the University of Pittsburgh. I was previously a Research Programmer in the Public Health Dynamics Lab at the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health.
I received my MLIS with a concentration in Medical Librarianship and Informatics from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati, where I also minored in Spanish and completed an internship in Germany as part of the University's International Co-op Program. Before coming to Pittsburgh, I worked as a Localization/Internationalization Engineer.
